Daffodil Tyminski

Daffodil founded the Ideate Firm after recognizing the need for business formation and development counsel for emerging companies.  Daffodil represents a cross-section of entrepreneurs and businesses throughout California.

In addition to her corporate and transactional work, Daffodil is a  veteran litigator.  She is a former Assistant United States Attorney in the Central District of California, and she has experience handling a wide variety of civil and criminal cases.  Daffodil has conducted mediations, arbitrations, as well as motions and trial in state and federal courts.

Daffodil received her B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania and her law degree from the Rutgers School of Law.

Daffodil sits on the Venice Land, Use and Planning Committee reviewing permit, land use, and zoning applications submitted to the City of Los Angeles.

Daffodil is admitted to practice law in California, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey, as well as various federal district and appellate court

In addition to practicing law, Daffodil sits on the Board of Directors of of Nylon Media, Inc., and on the Board of Directors for the Children's Music Fund, a 501(c)(3) non-profit devoted to bringing music therapy to chronically and terminally ill children.
